Por otra parte, tambien está este comentario en Amazon: "Despite what Cooler Master is advertising, this is not a PSU for gamers. I recently upgraded my PC with an Intel Core i5-760 CPU and a GTX 470 video card. I thought I probably should upgrade the PSU as well, because my old 450W probably would not cut it. After a little research, I found out 550W to 650W should be more than sufficient for my system configuration. I decided to go with Cooler Master GX 650W because of the price and I had relatively good experience with Cooler Master CPU coolers. Boy, what a mistake! I got all my parts in 2 days thanks to Amazon Prime. I quickly installed them, and everything seemed to be running fine at first. Then, I started doing some 3DMark to see the awesome-ness of my new GTX 470. But, whatever I tried, benchmark would not finish -- the PC was either crashing or rebooting in the middle of the test. In the next 72 hours, I have tried everything, including changing back the CPU, video card, and reinstall Win7. I just could not get system to run stable in 3D Mark. After discussing the issue on some forums, someone suggested changing the PSU. Since I already sold my 450W, I had to borrow the one in my girlfriend's PC. After replacing the PSU, my PC was working flawlessly right away. It was a such relief.
I later did some more research on the Coolermaster PSUs and found on jonnyguru.com, a review site specialized in PSUs, that showed a review of Cooler master GX 750W with ripple, noise, and voltage regulation out of the spec. I wish I had done more research to avoid the hours of frustration and $20 shipping to send the defective unit back to Cooler Master.
