- Minimum of a 550 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 40 Amps.)
Two available 6-pin PCI-E power dongles
Y que dicen los que la han comprado:

Pros: It works fine and looks good. Don't buy a 2 1/2 foot tall case and you won't have to worry about the cables being too short.
The poor rating is due to the bait and switch with the rebate. The rebated price was the only reason I bought this.
Cons: I jumped through 100 hoops for these guys to qualify for their rebate which after 6 months has not come. Signed up on web sites, tore off and pasted proofs, filled out forms.
DO NOT TAKE THE REBATE PRICE INTO ACCOUNT THEY DO NOT HONOR IT.

Pros: Puts out great power. Works very well and runs stable. Cheap.
Cons: You get what you pay for. In this case cables that are way too short to be of any use. The mainboard 20+4 cable is barely long enough to read the connector which sits right at the first expansion slot of my ASUS M2A-MVP.
The PCI express 6-pin cables have about 1 inch of slack when run in a straight line from the PSU to the first PCI express slot... and are bent at a perfect 90 degrees and putting pressure on the card in the second slot.
I was forced to move my HDD from the bottom bay to the second bay down just to get it connected to the sata power connector.
The cables would need an extra 9 inches to be run in such a way as to be hidden and not restrict airflow.
I contacted Cool-Max to get some extension cables which arrived today and they sent me unsheathed cables that do nothing to help my situation. The mainboard extender is so clumbsy that you only get about 2 inches of extra workable length... and they only sent one 6.5 inch PCI express extender.
Other Thoughts: This power supply would be great for a cube case or something along those lines but for anyone who is trying to make their computer look good and run efficiently it is a bust. I know most people would not have a problem with what I have taken issue with but the CPU temps of my computer have risen 3 degrees C and it looks like a mess through the side panel. The worst part is that this PSU is modular... and there was no need to slack on the length of the cables. I could understand if they were trying to reduce excess cable inside the case but with a modulap PSU what is the point?

Not really SLI Ready

Pros: Looks nice
Quiet
Cons: It claims to be able to source a total of 18+16+16 = 50 amps on the 12V rail(s). This is a lie. Had a 295 GTX hooked up and a i7 860 machine. Worked at first, but a couple of hours into stress test, machine turned off. Plugged in a diagnostic tool and said 12V rail was dead. Apparently there is only a single 12V source (despite what the manual/packaging claims) and it cannot reliably source 50A.
Other Thoughts: I got it cheap but you get what you pay for in this case.
